Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping is free. After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 3-7 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your order is shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@acsry.com if you notice an error in your shipping information.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@acsry.com. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help investigate the issue.

Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or another delivery issue, please contact us at support@acsry.com so we can determine the available options.
